About the developer
Sanjeevini Group was founded in 2010 and is headquartered in Bengaluru. It operates only in Bengaluru, according to its own listings. The group says it has delivered more than eight projects, developed about 1.5 million square feet of built space, and is working on about 3 million square feet of new development.
Since 2018, the group says it has delivered 10.2 lakh square feet covering 938 units. Its completed Bengaluru projects include Sanjeevini Sanctuary in Whitefield, with possession dated September 2023, and Sanjeevini Vaibhav in Channasandra, which its listing marks as completed.
In an interview published on 22 October 2026, the group's managing director described East Bengaluru as a key driver of the city's next phase of real estate growth and pointed to rising supply and sales across the city in Q3 2026.

The project is planned with 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments. The developer has not yet published carpet or super built-up areas for this project.
