Project status
As of October 2026, SG Nakshatra is at the pre-launch stage. A press release dated 27 June 2026 described it as an upcoming residential development in Siddharth Vihar. Listings posted in July and September 2026 carry the same status.
The developer's own website lists SG Nakshatra among its Siddharth Vihar projects. The company also describes the locality as well connected to Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, and we have an expressway nearby.
The promoter named in project material is SAMS Real Estate Private Limited. The link to the SG Estates group rests on shared branding and a common director name, not on a filing that names the project company.
Configurations and prices
The project material lists 1, 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments. Listing pages indexed in 2026 show a 2 BHK band of about ₹1.54 crore and a 4 BHK band of ₹2.56 to ₹3.27 crore. Other listing pages show a narrower overall band of ₹1.98 crore to ₹2.85 crore, so buyers should compare current figures directly with the developer.
Prices are indicative of listing pages only and are not a developer price sheet.

Noida International Airport at Jewar began commercial flights on 15 June 2026. At launch, the airport has no metro or RRTS link, so road access runs through the Yamuna Expressway.

Rail corridor plans
The Ghaziabad–Jewar Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) is a planned corridor, not an operating line. Its route is described as passing through Siddharth Vihar, with a proposed station near Siddhartha Vihar on NH-24.
Reports differ on the start point. One account says the corridor will originate from the Ghaziabad RRTS station on the Delhi–Meerut corridor and pass through Siddharth Vihar, Greater Noida West, Surajpur and multiple Yamuna City sectors before terminating at the airport. Another describes a review in which the Union Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs declined the 72km Ghaziabad-Jewar rapid rail corridor proposal, and instead mandated a revised alignment starting directly from Sarai Kale Khan.
The earlier detailed project report covered a 22-station elevated rapid rail-cum-metro corridor, split evenly between rapid rail and metro. The same report estimated that combined RRTS connectivity could cut travel time between IGI Airport Terminal-3 and Jewar to about 60–70 minutes. State in-principle support dates from December 2023, and the project report was submitted in April 2024. Completion dates are not yet fixed.

Transaction-based averages over the last six months were lower, at about ₹5,674 per sq ft from 84 deals.
Monthly rents in the locality are listed in a range of about ₹11,300 to ₹41,100.
Developer background
SG Estates is a Ghaziabad-based group. Its leadership is named as Subhash Gupta and Gaurav Gupta. The company states that SG becomes first Developer in Sidharth Vihar to Successfully build and allot the mandatory EWS/LIG units. This is the developer's own claim. The group's earlier project in the same locality, SG Shikhar Height, has 682 units, and the developer says final handovers there are ongoing.
