Sumadhura Edition is a residential apartment project in Siddapura, Whitefield. The developer lists it as a new launch and describes a master-planned community of 11 towers, with 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes. Its project overview gives a total site area of 20 acres and 1,650 units.

Part of a wider Bengaluru launch pipeline

In January 2026, Sumadhura Group announced six residential projects across East and North Bengaluru. Sumadhura Edition was one of three East Bengaluru launches named in the announcement, alongside Folium Phase 4 in Whitefield and Sumadhura Solace in Thubarahalli. The group said the six projects covered homes and plotted developments.

Whitefield location and connectivity

The project is on Nallurahalli Road in Whitefield, an eastern Bengaluru employment and housing corridor. The developer lists Nallurahalli Metro, Hope Farm Junction and Kadugodi among nearby connections, and names ITPL and Brigade Tech Gardens among nearby business hubs. The Purple Line serves the Whitefield area; the station distances and travel times quoted by the developer are its own estimates.

Whitefield’s existing metro and concentration of workplaces provide context for the project’s location. This does not establish future travel times or guarantee property-price or rental performance.
