Project and configurations

The project is a residential tower positioned in the value luxury segment, with homes described as sea-facing and heritage-inspired. The developer says the tower offers panoramic views of the Arabian Sea, Shivaji Park, the Bandra-Worli Sea Link and the Eastern Bay.
