TARC announces Ishvara launch in Gurugram’s Sector 63A

Launch and project status

As of October 2026, TARC Ishvara is listed as a new launch. TARC announced the launch on March 19, 2026, after stating that the additional phase had received RERA approval. The company describes Ishvara as an additional phase of its TARC Ishva development.

The Haryana RERA registration certificate dated September 4, 2024, identifies the registered development as TARC ISHVA, under registration number GGM/865/597/2024/92. This is the registration associated with the development; the launch announcement does not describe a separate Ishvara-phase registration number.

What the launch announcement describes

TARC’s announcement gives figures for the expanded development as a whole: more than 9 acres, six towers, 518 residences and approximately 1.7 million square feet. These are overall development figures, not Ishvara-only totals.

The company describes the design approach as “Four-side Open Residences,” with residences designed to remain open on all four sides. It also cites planning informed by the Golden Ratio and Indian spatial-planning principles, central greens inspired by the Brahmasthan, calibrated tower placement and private elevator cores for each residence.

The launch materials identify Ishvara as a residential apartment project. They do not set out a phase-specific apartment configuration, price band or possession date.

Sector 63A location

The project is in Sector 63A along Golf Course Extension Road. TARC’s project page gives developer-stated travel times of 10 minutes to Golf Course Road, 15 minutes to Rapid Metro, 15 minutes to the Delhi-Jaipur Expressway, 20 minutes to Dwarka Expressway and 45 minutes to IGI Airport. These are the company’s stated times, not independent journey estimates.

The same page lists DPS International Edge at one minute, Ayu Health Hospital at three minutes and CK Birla Hospital at 10 minutes, also as developer-stated travel times.
