Trump Residences Gurgaon launches in Sector 69; all 298 homes allotted on launch day

Launch, partners and project status

Smartworld Developers and Tribeca Developers announced the public launch on 15 April 2025, in partnership with The Trump Organization. The project is also referred to as Trump Residences Gurugram and Trump Tower 2. Smartworld was identified as the construction and development partner, while Tribeca was assigned design, marketing, sales and quality-control roles.

Haryana RERA records Riverday Infrastructure Private Limited as the promoter. The registration certificate also names Modgen Developers Private Limited as a promoter and license holder. The certificate, dated 13 March 2025, covers Phase 5 of a development approved in six phases. As of October 2026, the project is described as under construction; the RERA project details give 30 April 2033 as the likely completion date.

Homes, prices and reported sell-out

The project is described as offering 3 BHK and 4 BHK residences, along with penthouses. The RERA certificate records 298 residential units across two towers in the registered phase. RERA-listed carpet areas range from 115.45 sq m to 360.20 sq m, approximately 1,243 to 3,878 sq ft.

Launch coverage on 16 April 2025 reported a price of ₹27,000 per sq ft and apartment prices of ₹8 crore to ₹12 crore. On 9 May 2025, The Trump Organization said all 298 residences had been sold or allotted on launch day, with prices of ₹8 crore to ₹15 crore. It also reported ₹3,250 crore in allotments and said the penthouses, valued at ₹125 crore, were fully allotted. These are dated launch and sell-out figures; they do not establish current sales availability.

Sector 69 location

The project is in Sector 69, on or near Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) and close to Vatika Chowk. A Haryana RERA hearing record describes access via a functional 24-metre road that connects to the 90-metre SPR. Sohna Road, Golf Course Extension Road and NH-8/NH-48 are also cited as road connections in project material.

Project marketing gives estimated drive times to destinations including NH-8, Golf Course Road and IGI Airport. These are promotional estimates, rather than confirmed journey times. Project material also refers to a proposed metro corridor nearby, but does not identify a confirmed station or opening date.

Design and amenities

Launch material describes an all-glass façade, floor-to-ceiling windows, private elevators and double-height living rooms in select homes. Italian designer Matteo Nunziati is named as the interior designer. The RERA filing lists facilities and systems including parks or playgrounds, security, firefighting, rainwater harvesting, sewage treatment and water-supply and drainage systems.
