The site describes booking and expression of interest as open. Neither date has been confirmed by an independent source, and no booking or sales figures have been published.
The project is a residential apartment community of 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK duplex homes. Its promoters are named as Emerald Haven Life Spaces 2 Private Limited and Emerald Haven Life Spaces 3 Private Limited.
Land and development background
TVS Emerald announced the acquisition of the 12-acre Pallavaram–Thoraipakkam Radial Road parcel on 23 December 2024. The company gave the development potential as 2.5 million sq ft and the revenue potential as about ₹2,800 crore, according to Hindustan Times reporting on the deal. The site area in the project microsite is 12.44 acres, and the site extent is given as 50,343 sq m.

Listed amenities include a 35,000 sq ft clubhouse, an adult and children's pool, gymnasium, pickleball, badminton, squash and rooftop tennis courts, a yoga deck, a mini-theatre and a library. The developer's official project page states the clubhouse at 35,000 sq ft; the microsite also gives 50,000 sq ft in one place. No official technical specification schedule or brochure was found to confirm these details.
Location and connectivity
The site fronts the 200 Feet Pallavaram–Thoraipakkam Radial Road, also called PTR Road. The road links the GST Road corridor at Pallavaram with the OMR and Rajiv Gandhi Salai corridor toward Thoraipakkam.
Distances given on the microsite, which have not been independently route-checked, are: Chennai International Airport 8.8 km (about 15 minutes), OMR IT corridor 8.3 km (about 10 minutes), GST Road 8.6 km (about 20 minutes) and Pallavaram railway station 8.5 km (about 15 minutes). Infrastructure under consideration
Chennai Metro Rail's Airport–Kilambakkam extension is the main transport project in the area. CMRL submitted a detailed project report on 14 February 2025 for a 15.46 km corridor with 13 elevated stations, integrated with an elevated road. The proposed route passes Pallavaram, Chromepet, Tambaram, Perungalathur and Vandalur.
A 2026 DT Next report says the DPR was still awaiting the Union government's approval. No sanctioned start or opening date was found. The microsite refers to upgrades at Radial Road junctions, but no named scheme, official status or completion date was found.
