Launch status
Vajram Aviora is at the pre-launch stage. Buyers can register interest through a fully refundable Rs 2 lakh EOI, which the developer says gives a priority number, access to the EOI price and a pre-launch project preview with unit selection.
The developer stated that the priority list would close on 25 September 2026, with the official project reveal and launch to follow. That date has passed as of 28 October 2026. No launch date or booking-open date has been announced yet.
The developer's page names the project Vajram Aviora. The same group has also used the name Codename KGF 2.0 for the project, and some listing sites label it a new launch. Neither label changes its pre-launch status.
Configurations and indicative pricing
The developer's price table lists two configurations:
- 3 BHK: 1,573 to 2,069 sq ft, from Rs 1.80 crore onwards (indicative agreement price)
- 4 BHK: 2,406 sq ft, from Rs 2.73 crore onwards (indicative agreement price)
The developer's page body describes the project as 3 BHK apartments, while its price table also includes a 4 BHK at 2,406 sq ft. Each home is described as having 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 balconies. The developer's page does not state whether the size ranges are carpet or super built-up area.
Scale and layout
The project covers 1.62 acres and is planned as two towers with two basements, a ground floor and 14 upper floors. There are four apartments on each floor, for a total of 118 homes.
The developer describes the layout as low density, with no two apartments sharing an internal wall. The four homes on each floor are arranged around a common lift, staircase and duct core.
Amenities
The developer plans a four-level clubhouse with a creche and lobby lounge, an indoor games floor, a multipurpose hall, a party terrace, a gymnasium and a yoga terrace. The developer also lists more than 30 outdoor amenities across the site. The developer's own specification sheet for this project has not yet been published.
