An earlier official account put the combined figure slightly differently: the Zaheerabad Industrial Node is spread across 17 villages of Nyalkal and Jharasangam mandals in Sangareddy district, with an overall project area (Phase 1 and 2) of approximately 12,500 acres, of which a Phase-I activation area of 3,245 acres is proposed under the National Industrial Corridor Development and Implementation Trust (NICDIT) framework for a project cost of Rs 2,361 crore.

Location and connectivity, per the CCEA note: the site is close to the 4-lane NH-65 (Pune to Machilipatnam), about 9 km north of Zaheerabad and 80 km northwest of Hyderabad, roughly 65 km from the Hyderabad Outer Ring Road, about 48 km west of the proposed Regional Ring Road, and about 10 km northwest of Bidar town, Karnataka. On construction timelines, officials quoted around the RFP stage (August 2025) indicated: tenders for infrastructure work are expected to be finalized by October, and project completion is targeted within 18 months. That would place core infrastructure completion sometime in 2026–27, though this is a contractor/official target reported in trade press rather than a formally notified completion date, and should be treated as indicative only.
