What Was Inaugurated
Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Integrated Industrial Township at Greater Noida (IITGN) on January 25, 2024, developed in line with the Centre's vision of integrated planning and coordinated implementation of infrastructure connectivity projects under PM-GatiShakti.
The project spans 747 acres and is located near the intersection of Eastern and Western Dedicated Freight Corridors, with the Eastern Peripheral Expressway to the south and the Delhi-Howrah broad gauge railway line to the east.
Investment and Infrastructure
Built at a cost of Rs 1,714 crore, the township is strategically positioned for multi-modal connectivity. IITGN is within 0.5 km of Ajaibpur Railway Station and 10 km of New Dadri DFCC Station, with the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway (5 km), Yamuna Expressway (10 km), Delhi Airport (60 km) and Jewar Airport (40 km) in proximity.
All services are available to the end user at plot level, making it complete plug and play infrastructure.

By the time of inauguration, eight major companies including Haier, Forme Mobile, and Guru Amardass had invested over Rs 4,000 crore in the township and created around 11,000 jobs. The township is home to industries in Mobile Manufacturing, Electronics Manufacturing and White Goods sectors.

DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Limited (DMIC IITGNL) is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) incorporated as a 50:50 joint venture between the National Industrial Corridor Development and Implementation Trust (NICDIT) and Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA).
The Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) is the first industrial corridor in the country, being built along the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) between Delhi and Mumbai, covering a total distance of 1,504 km.
