What was announced

On 3 November 2026, Man Infraconstruction Limited, a Mumbai-based infrastructure and real estate development company, disclosed two new Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) work orders aggregating ₹583 crore. The disclosure was made in a press release filed under Regulation 30 of the listing rules with the BSE and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

The Marine Lines tower accounts for about 87% of the total, according to one report. The company described the BMCTPL assignment as a repeat order.

The Rs 508 crore Marine Lines tower

The ₹508 crore order is for a skyscraper residential tower at Marine Lines, a location the company describes as spread across about 2.5 acres with views of the Arabian Sea. The site is cited as being connected to the Mumbai Coastal Road, the upcoming Metro network and the Atal Setu corridor.

The announcement names only the tower. It does not name the project, and it does not link the contract to any sales launch. Management said the order reflects its engineering expertise in executing complex, high-rise structures.

The 3 November announcement does not mention the Godrej Properties partnership described below, so the two should not be assumed to be the same building.

The Rs 75 crore JNPA letter of acceptance

The second order is a letter of acceptance, a document type the company distinguishes from a work order. It comes from BMCTPL, which the company describes as a repeat customer. Management said the repeat order reflects the customer's trust in MICL's execution and its commitment to quality.

JNPT handles more than half of India's containerised cargo, with annual capacity above 10 million TEU. BMCT's terminal capacity is 4.8 million TEU a year after Phase 2. A government-cleared six-lane corridor between JNPA and the upcoming airport is designed to streamline freight movement, according to a trade report on a separate port road link.

Company financials and order book

MICL runs two businesses: EPC construction and real estate development. The company says it has more than six decades of EPC experience across ports, infrastructure, mass housing and high-rise construction, and that its group has executed more than 60 million square feet across more than 60 projects.

Marine Lines context and the Godrej Properties collaboration

On 28 September 2026, MICL announced a collaboration with Godrej Properties for a sea-facing residential project in Marine Lines, South Mumbai. Under the terms reported, development rights jointly held by MICL and Shreepati Group were transferred to Godrej Properties. MICL will continue to take part in the project through an agreed revenue-sharing arrangement and expects to recover its existing investment of more than ₹300 crore.

The project's gross development value was updated from ₹3,100 crore to ₹6,000 crore after the collaboration, and its carpet area was revised from 6.2 lakh sq ft to 6.6 lakh sq ft. The estimated overall revenue potential is more than ₹6,000 crore. Godrej Properties describes Marine Lines as one of the city's most prestigious addresses, where land is extremely limited.

MICL's wider pipeline includes Tardeo 2.0, Marine Lines and Berkeley House, which together carry a gross development value above ₹9,500 crore.
