As of 5 November 2026, EEVVA is listed as a new launch on several property platforms. Listings differ on this point. Some portals updated in late 2026 show the project as under construction, and a construction progress report put work at 5 percent complete as of 4 April 2026.
Booking and pricing with down payments are being advertised, and the developer's pre-launch microsite describes the project as pre-launch. No launch date or booking-open date has been published in the sources available to us.

The project is developed by PRJB Warehousing And Logistics LLP, which markets its work under the Siddhashila Group name. Siddhashila states that it develops in association with Adi Group.
