Selected artworks will be adapted for outdoor hoardings around Sattva City, the group's residential development in North Bengaluru. About Sattva City, where the hoardings stand
Sattva City is a residential township by Sattva Group at Doddajala, on Airport Road (NH 44) in North Bengaluru, near Kempegowda International Airport. Project listing pages describe the site as about 50 acres with around 3,460 apartments in 13 towers. Configurations are 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK, with sizes from about 1,316 sq ft to 2,623 sq ft. Starting prices are given as around ₹1.82 crore.

About the developer
Sattva Group, formerly Salarpuria Sattva Group, was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Bengaluru. Its chairman and managing director is Bijay Agarwal. The group's website says it has delivered more than 142 projects. Its Bengaluru projects include Sattva Magnificia in Mahadevapura, Salarpuria Sattva Greenage on Hosur Road, Salarpuria Sattva Divinity on Mysore Road and Sattva Park Cubix in Devanahalli.
Location and connectivity
Doddajala is on Airport Road, and developer pages put the airport about 8 to 10 km away. The Namma Metro Blue Line airport extension passes through the area. One metro guide updated in September 2026 gives September 2027 for the Hebbal to airport section and March 2028 for the full corridor. Other pages give different dates for the Doddajala station. As of September 2026, no section of the Blue Line had opened to passengers.
What it means for buyers, investors and the market
The campaign does not change any project terms, prices, configurations or possession dates for Sattva City. It carries no sales or pricing information.
For the Airport Road corridor, the only market commentary available comes from project marketing pages. One such page says the number of RERA-registered projects on the corridor doubled between 2022 and 2025. Buyers and investors should rely on the regulator's records and the project's own documents for registration and legal details.
What happens next
The entry window closes on 9 November 2026. Final artwork displays are scheduled for unveiling on 14 November 2026 on outdoor hoardings around Sattva City. As of 5 November 2026, no further campaign phase or winner announcement has been published.
